・Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits are not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts are not recommended.
・Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. In such cases, there will be no refunds. ・You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitors’ Center and park monuments.
・Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. No iPad cases and clutch wallets allowed. Wallets must be the size of a regular size cell phone. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $6.00 per bag.
・Government issued ID is required.
・Guide reserves the right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety.

At the end of the tour, drop-offs may include the Honolulu pier, Waikiki, or the airport, depending on individual needs. Due to road and vehicle constraints, drop-offs in Waikiki will be made at the closest and safest location to your hotel. For passengers departing Oahu on the same day of the tour, luggage transfer is included as part of the tour. Please let us know where you would like to be dropped off.

Please notify us on the number of luggage so that we can ensure there is enough space in our vehicle.

Cancellations and Change made within 10 days or “no showing” on your tour date will result in a full charge. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact us during our normal business hour (8am-5pm)
