Unless you have booked a private charter, you will share your flight with other guests. We make every effort to seat couples and families side-by-side; however, final seating is determined by our FAA-approved “weight and balance” program.

The good news? The Eco-Star helicopters used exclusively for our Kauai tours feature a spacious cabin with no partitions, ensuring every seat offers an unobstructed, panoramic view of the island’s beauty.

FAA regulations require us to weigh all guests and accompanying bags at check-in. We perform this process discreetly to ensure your privacy. Please be as accurate as possible when providing weight information during booking.

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, any guest weighing more than 240 pounds is required to purchase an adjacent empty seat. This “comfort seat” is offered at 50% off the regular tour price and ensures a spacious experience for everyone on board. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your tour departure, as well as “no-shows,” will result in a full charge. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us during our normal business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM HST).
