All tour packages include the followings:

Activities including Kayaks, Stand up paddle board, Water Volleyball, Snorkeling and our floating lounge are all included and limited to use/share amongst guests during the duration of the tour.

We do not refund for bad weather (rain, cold temperatures, etc.).

There are restrooms and dressing rooms on the main vessel. There are no showers.

• Due to Covid-19, we encourage guests to bring their own snorkel gear
• The tour and snorkeling might be canceled due to inclement weather and other conditions. Guests will be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Please note: Kaneohe Bay Ocean sports is closed on Sundays and federal holidays. Contact us for more information.
• We are in compliance with all State and Federal CDC/Covid guidelines. Please check in to see for any updated restrictions.
• Professional CPR certified boat crew at your service.
• If you require any type of special needs or have any sort of disability, please let us know prior to booking or to departing the pier.
• People with pre-existing health problems or taking any medications should notify KBOS, Inc. before booking reservation or prior to departing the pier.
• In the United States, in order to consume alcoholic beverages, the guest must be age 21 and over.
• Under USCG regulations, after consuming any type of alcoholic beverages, guests will not be able to participate in snorkeling activity.

• This tour is perfect for all ages. But if any guests have any pre-existing health issues or taking any medications, you may not be able to participate in some activities. Please inform the KBOS office for more information.
• If you have any pre-existing medical condition, please read the following “Physical Restrictions”. Waiver form are required to be read and signed before boarding.
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult in order to book our basic Kaneohe sandbar catamaran tour
• Infant to 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES during the Kaneohe Bay sandbar tour
• All customers are required to wear life vests while participating in water activities

• Please be aware of the following medically related conditions in which we may refuse service regarding some of the activities (Seawalker, Snorkeling, Sandbar Walking, Tube Rides and all other in-water activities). Depending on the circumstances of each player; we may restrict participation. These conditions are as follows:
  • Customer cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Customer has previous history of ear disease.
  • Customer has previous history of lung, respiratory disease or sinus problems.
  • Customer has previous history of heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes.
  • Customer has previous history of dizzy spells, paralysis or claustrophobia.
  • Customer is currently pregnant.
  • Customer is currently taking medications for any illness condition.
  • Customer has had recent surgery or experienced any other major medical
    situations.
  • Wheelchairs, canes and crutches are allowed except for mobile/motorized wheelchairs

Please keep in mind the above list is just a sampling of the medical conditions in which we would recommend that the customer not participate in any of the programs. This list is by no means all-inclusive and participant/player should use caution if there is any other type of medical history, in which he or she would be limited in physical dexterity or mental alertness.

Cancellations and Change made after 96 hours or “no showing” on your tour date will result in a full charge. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact us during our normal business hour (8am-5pm)
