Convenient COVID-19 testing service in Waikiki for all out-of-state visitors, including Japanese language support

The Waikiki PCR Testing Center will cease operations on September 30, 2022, and we ask that you contact us at [email protected] for any test cancellations after October 1, 2022. The St Luke’s Clinic Waikiki, located on the 2nd floor of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, will continue to offer COVID-19 PCR/Antigen testing services after October 1. In partnership with Capture Diagnostics, we are pleased to offer COVID-19 PCR testing services to all Hawaii visitors through our PCR Testing Center located in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

The center will support the safe and secure travel needs of all trans-Pacific travelers and cruise ship passengers, with test results available within 12 hours of testing.

All booking and testing services will be provided in both English and Japanese, and we’ll prepare the government-required test result forms and certificates necessary for entry into destinations such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, the UK, Germany and France.

Additional Information and Precautions

• You must refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes before the test.
• If you are ill or have a fever over 38°C (100°F), you will be referred directly to a hospital.

Making Appointments:

If you are scheduled to board a flight the day after the test, please make your appointment no later than 11:45 the day before your flight. If you wish to make an appointment for testing after 12:00 p.m. on the day before flight boarding, Antigen test or Nasal Expedited testing will be accepted.
