- Check-in time for all sails is 20 minutes prior to start time at the beachfront Port Waikiki kiosk, near the Hilton Pier and the Diamond Head exterior corner of Tropics Bar & Grill lanai, at the end of Paoa Place.
- Garage-parking validation available for 4 hours.
- No charge for cancellation received more than 24 hours prior to scheduled event.
- No refund (100% charge) for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event.
- PWC may cancel trips in case of inclement weather.
- Any sailing catamaran trip can be chartered for the equivalent of 35-passengers minimum, plus per-head at retail rate above 35 passengers up to a maximum of 49.
