A two-and-a-half-hour cruise you will never forget
The two-and-a-half-hour cruise sets out from Ko’Olina Resort & Marina after you board the Kai’Oli’Oli catamaran at 4.00 p.m. and enjoy a light snack. You’ll be pleased to read that there is a bar on board that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks all throughout the cruise.
At 4.20 p.m. the fun begins as all eyes focus on the water surrounding the catamaran, searching for glimpses of dolphins, whales (in season) and green sea turtles. Of course, in between you will struggle to take your eyes off the stunning coastal scenery.
Snorkeling in some of the cleanest water on the planet
At 5.20 pm the catamaran will anchor, and the real fun will begin as you will have the best part of an hour to go snorkeling in a secret destination off the Wai’anae coastline. You don’t have to worry about bringing any equipment with you, all top-quality snorkeling gear will be provided for you, including soft silicone seals, optical lenses and padded split-fins as well as instructional guidance for beginners Not only will you be able to get up and personal with a wonderful array of colorful aquatic life, but there is also the strong possibility of seeing Dolphins (Nai’a), Whales (Kohola) [in season], Green Sea Turtles (Honu), and Flying Fish (Malolo).
Your crew will provide a fascinating narrative to the history of Oahu, the coast and the sea creatures as you encounter them, both in English and also in Japanese. This literally is a wonderful voyage of discovery, both on the surface, but also under the surface of the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.

After you have finished snorkeling, there are six warm freshwater showers and plenty of towels, after which you can look forward to some delicious food. There is also fully-stocked bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, so if you want, you can sip on a tropical Mai Tai, an ice-cold beer or any of our other beverages to your heart’s content.
