Waikoloa Whale Watch Cruise (A-Bay)

Departing from the  Waikoloa Resort’s Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) on the Big Island of Hawaii

Every December through April, thousands of Humpback whales migrate to the warm waters of Hawaii. Come along to catch these beautiful mammals at their best on our exciting eco-friendly whale watching excursions. Dolphins are likely to be seen, too.

Cruises include soda, juice and water.

Anaehoomalu Bay at the Waikoloa Beach Resort

Check in 20 minutes prior to each trip at the Hawaii Nautical flag on the beach at A-Bay.

If driving:
Set your GPS to “69-1081 Kuualii Place Waikoloa, Hawaii 96738”. This will take you toward the A-Bay beach and the Lava Lava Beach Club. Park at the A-Bay Beach Park parking lot, and walk along the beach toward the middle. Look for our orange Hawaii Nautical check-in sign near the two prominent coconut trees. Staff will come to get you there in our catamaran tender.

When boarding at A-Bay, it is a beach-loading process with transfer from a tender-boat, with barefoot entry that takes a few steps near shore from the beach. Come in casual clothing that may come in contact with water.
