may vary at the discretion of the driver to take into account National Park Service advisories, weather
advisories, traffic advisories, road closures and detours, venue hours of operations, etc. Tour features
can change daily as we cannot predict weather and lava viewing conditions. Surface lava flows may be
present but may not be visible due to environmental conditions or time constraints. If conditions
permit, walking/hiking on rough, uneven lava surfaces is involved. The weather is unpredictable.

• Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours
prior to the date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the
needs of the disabled traveler.
• For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed
500 pounds, and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches. -
• To be fully refundable / non-billable, a notice of cancellation must be received via email at
reservations@robertshawaii.com with a minimum notice requirement of twenty-four (24)
hours prior to the scheduled activity date. Any cancellations made after this time will be
charged the full rate.
• A 10% service fee is withheld for any canceled reservation paid by credit card.

• Tour Duration: Approximately 4.5 hours. The amount of time spent at each stop within the 4.5-
hour charter is customizable. The drive time from Hilo Resorts to the Volcanoes National Park is approximately 1
hour.
